This policy explains when refund requests may be considered, how they are reviewed, and what information we need to evaluate them fairly.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Because delivery planning, research, and campaign setup begin soon after confirmation, refunds are not automatic once work has started.
If you request cancellation before campaign setup or delivery work begins, you may be eligible for a full refund. Contact support as soon as possible so we can confirm status and stop the order cleanly.
If campaign work, outreach, planning, or delivery has already started, any refund decision will be based on work completed, deliverables prepared, and platform-specific execution already committed.
Where appropriate, we may offer replacement work, pacing adjustments, or delivery corrections before approving a partial refund. This is especially relevant when issues can be resolved without cancelling the campaign entirely.
We do not guarantee refunds for changes of mind after campaign work has started, delays caused by missing client information, or outcomes affected by third-party platform moderation outside our control.
